Destin Vacation on the way there and Day 1

The week before Memorial Day, we went to Destin, FL for our family vacation

& boy did we have tons of fun!!

We were all excited to stay in our camper at a campground right on the beach.

We left on Sunday after Uncle Peyton's graduation, spend the night in a teeny tiny campground 

along the way; we finished our travel to Destin on Monday morning.

The boys did great with no to little nap--Walt slept a little in the car and
Blaine informed us he did not need a nap because he was excited to get to the beach:)

 When we finally got to the campground in Destin,

we parked and headed to the beach for the afternoon.

 After playing awhile, we headed back to the camper to dress and go eat.

We decided to start our trip off with dinner at Pompano Joe's.

After dinner we went to The Track and the boys LOVED riding the airplanes and train.
