Another good day....

So Blaine attended church yesterday for the first time. I was nervous about being so determined to go to church after hearing the story from my mother about the first time she tried to take my little brother to church when he was a newborn. She said she had everyone all ready for church and as we were walking out the door, Davis had a spill over in his diaper to his new church outfit. My mom being determined she wasn't going to miss church, changed him quickly into another new outfit. Mom said she dropped him off in the nursery and when she went to pick him up two hours later, the nursery workers told mom Davis had not stop crying the whole time.... Mom said when she got home, she realized she had not washed Davis' new outfit and there had been a straight pin poking him the entire time!!! So she warned me not to be that determined to go anywhere!:)...... We did get to church yesterday and on time I must add....just not in his polo and pant outfit (thanks to spit up).

Ahh...another good day....the Jones family got a new mailbox and we all spent time working on a welcome home sign for Blaine's soon to be "new buddy" Travis Krotulski :) We also had some friends, Eric and Melanie come over to visit and bring dinner.

Okay, so I have been meaning to tell everyone about one of my favorite things the Blainester does..... I absolutely love it during feeding times when he totally relaxes and straightens his leg out and props his foot up on my chest....its so darn cute! Also daddy has learned that during the night one of the ONLY things that sooths Blaine back to sleep is being put in the sling, walked around until he falls asleep and placed in his basinet (while still in the sling).....
